BGU Desert Open

The inaugural Ben-Gurion University Desert Open (BGU Desert Open) took place on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at the exclusive Lebovic Golf Club in Aurora. Eighty players participated in this charity tournament, held to raise funds for the Emergency Campaign at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. The university suffered significant damage during the 12-day war with Iran. Iranian ballistic missile attacks destroyed medical research laboratories and left 100 members of the BGU community without homes.
A silent auction was also held throughout the tournament to further support the fundraising efforts.
